What we store

• Account details: your name, email and a hashed password.
• Workspace content: clients, projects, tasks, messages, files and invoices you add.
• Billing details from Dodo Payments, such as plan and subscription status. Card numbers never reach our servers.

How it is used

Only to run Clivo: showing your workspace to your team, showing each client their own portal, and sending the emails you trigger, like invoices, message notifications and password resets. We don't sell data or use it for advertising.

Who can see it

Your team sees your workspace. Each client sees only their own projects, files, messages and invoices through their portal link. Workspaces are isolated from each other.

Processors

• Dodo Payments, as merchant of record for Clivo subscriptions.
• Resend, for transactional email, when configured.

Your choices

You can export or delete your workspace from Settings. Deleting it removes your clients, projects, messages, files and invoices. Cookies are used only to keep you signed in.
